01. 3-Step Quick-Start Video Guides
Putting on a 3mm wetsuit using the full length of the Gliders sleeve without needing to shorten.
How to use dynamic shortening for thick, damp, or tight suits (4mm–7mm+) via the heel trap.
Roll cuff back, apply shortened Glider over hand/foot, roll cuff down, and pull inside-out to pop free!
02. Neoprene Thickness vs Target Letter Mark
| Wetsuit Type | Thickness | Target Letter Mark |
|---|---|---|
| Summer Shorties | 3mm or less | S (Skip if effortless) |
| 3 Season Steamers | 4mm / 5mm | R – E |
| Heavy Winter & Drysuits | 6mm+ / Drysuits | I – G |
- ► KNEE SAFETY RULE: The open top end of the Glider must sit below the knee joint. If material extends past the knee, it gets trapped behind the joint when bent, making removal impossible. Select the correct Glider size or adjust length so the top edge remains below your knee.
- ► CRITICAL 'G' LIMIT RULE: NEVER pull past letter 'G'! Pulling past 'G' unseats the Glider completely from the cuff seal, causing bare rubber to stick to bare skin.
- ► SEVERE SLIP HAZARD: DO NOT wear Gliders on both feet at the same time. Walking creates extreme instability. Use only ONE at a time.
