What Is Covered Under Warranty
Our 1-Year Warranty protects your purchase against flaws in craftsmanship, seam integrity, and hardware components.
Manufacturing Defects
- ✓ Seam Stitching Failure: Unraveling or tearing of flatlock reinforcement seams under normal donning pull force.
- ✓ Eyelet Detachment: Stainless steel grommet separating from the reinforced polyurethane pull flap.
- ✓ Material Flaws: Fabric delamination, weave splits, or visual defects present upon arrival.
- ✓ Mesh Anchor Bag: Zipper jam or seam tear on the included storage bag upon receipt.
Normal Wear & Misuse
- ✕ Accidental Cuts: Punctures or slices caused by sharp rocks, fins, knives, or vehicle doors.
- ✕ Extreme Over-Stretching: Damage caused by forcing a Size Small sleeve over an XL calf or boot.
- ✕ Chemical Degradation: Bleach, petroleum jellies, or harsh chemical solvents applied to fabric.
- ✕ Normal Cosmetic Fading: Natural color softening from prolonged UV sun exposure.
